Meet The Founder Of FairCare Assist
Sara Patresio is the founder of FairCare Assist and an experienced professional in disability and aged care support, with over a decade of dedicated service in the sector. She is fully qualified and certified, bringing together extensive frontline experience and strong leadership capability.
Throughout her career, Sara has held both team leader and practice leader roles, where she has been responsible for guiding support teams, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring high standards of person-centred care. Her experience spans a wide range of support environments, giving her a deep understanding of complex care needs and best-practice approaches within the sector.
Sara is recognised for her strong sector knowledge, professionalism, and ability to support both individuals and teams with confidence and clarity. She is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and responsive care that upholds dignity, choice, and independence.
